2026 Annual General Meeting Notice

As we wrap up another incredible season, we invite all CMHA members to join us for our 2026 Annual General Meeting!

Wednesday, May 20th, 2026
7:00 pm
Carstairs Golf Course (900 Highway 2A North)

This is your chance to stay connected, have your voice heard, and be part of the future of Carstairs Minor Hockey

The following Board of Director positions will be elected at the AGM:

President – 2 Year Term
Vice President 2 – 2 Year Term
Registrar – 2 Year Term
Treasurer – 1 Year Term
Secretary – 1 Year Term

Interested in getting more involved? We’d love to see new and returning faces step into these important roles

Any CMHA Member in Good Standing may be nominated.

Nomination forms must be completed in full and submitted to the CMHA Secretary at secretary@carstairsminorhockey.ca no later than 7:00 pm on Sunday, May 10th, 2026.

A list of all nominations will be posted on the CMHA website prior to 7:00 pm on Wednesday, May 13th, 2026.

If multiple nominations are received for a position, an election will take place at the AGM. Each member present will have one vote by secret ballot

The Board will also be presenting a proposed Bylaw Amendment for member consideration.

We hope to see you there as we celebrate the season and look ahead to what’s next for CMHA!
