Agility Weave Left-Hand Option
Players can decide which pylon they wish to start with. The left-side start gives left-hand Players a strong side turn on the full-circle Pylon at the halfway point. U9 and U11 Players will do this drill with the puck.
Agility Weave Right-Hand Option
Players can decide which pylon they wish to start with. The right-side start gives right-hand Players a strong side turn on the full-circle pylon at the halfway point. U9 and U11 Players will do this drill with the puck.
Forward Skate around Circle
Players can choose which way to go around the circle
Backward Skate around Circle
Players can choose which way to go around the circle
Pivots
Players can choose the pylon they wish to start with (right or left). Players must face the same direction throughout the drill until they turn around the final pylon.
